Sutherlands Care Home, Wymondham & Halvergate House , North Walsham

 

Care Assistant £10 ph

We are now recruiting Care Assistants to work day/night shifts at Sutherlands in Wymondham and at Halvergate House in North Walsham.

Days will be on a shift basis of 8am to 2pm and from 2pm to 8pm .

Night shifts are 8pm to 8am.

Our care homes provide nursing/residential care, dementia care, NHS Continuing Care and support for people with learning disabilities.

Our objectives are that our care homes should not just be a place where residents receive good care but also places where residents experience a lifestyle that is engaging and stimulating.

As a Care Assistant you will be integral in delivering that outcome, making a difference to people’s experience and well being.

Your duties will include assisting our senior staff in meeting our residents personal care needs. This would include assistance with hydration and nutrition needs, keeping accurate records of all care given and reporting any concerns to senior staff.

Whilst previous experience is preferred, it is not essential as we will provide the training you need for this role. We are also committed to supporting you with your personal development needs.
