Activities Co-ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an Activities Co-ordinator, to work at Sutherlands, Nursing Care Home, in Wymondham, Norfolk.

Hours of work will be from 10am – 4pm, 30 hours per week. Working alternate Saturdays is a requirement.

Sutherlands provides both nursing and residential care. It is an established well regarded care home, which provides a safe, warm and caring home environment for both residents and staff to be in.

Our objective is that Sutherlands should not just be a place where residents receive good care but also a place where residents experience a lifestyle that is engaging, stimulating and person centred.

Our residents have very diverse needs and experience with both dementia and learning disabilities would be preferable but not essential. As an activities coordinator you will be expected to identify the social and recreational needs of all the residents in our care and to devise a high quality activities planner for every day of the week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.00-£9.50 per hour, depending on experience.
