Location: Sutherlands Care Home – Wymondham
Salary: £18,500 – £20,000 per annum
East Anglia Care Homes Ltd owns and operates two well established care homes with nursing in Wymondham and North Walsham.
Both homes provide 24 hour care, including nursing care, in a quality environment for a range of older people.
We are looking to recruit a PA / Office Administrator to join our team providing efficient administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director and the Care Home Manager at Sutherlands in Wymondham. The successful candidate will have a key role in the smooth running of the office administrative function, ensuring timely compliance with systems and procedures and deadlines.
This is a very varied role covering all aspects of office administrative duties to include sales, purchase, banking, petty cash, HR and payroll functions.
You will have a good track record in a PA/ Administrative role, experience gained from working in a financial role, be numerate, well organised, able to communicate well, work to deadlines, give high attention to detail, be able to assimilate, assess and interpret information and be familiar with Word and Excel.
In addition to being reliable, dependable and punctual, good telephone manner is important as you will be the first point of contact between the public and the care home.
The role will include local travelling from time to time and therefore you must be able to drive and have your own transport.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
